SHC1 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 494 amino acids (1-474) and having a molecular mass of 53.8 kDa.The SHC1 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:SHC1 protein (1mg/ml) is supplied in 20mM Tris-HCl, pH-8, 2mM DTT, 200mM NaCl, 0.1mM PMSF and 20% Glycerol.
