After you submit this form, please contact any colleagues whom you believe would like to place orders with LifeTein. Your reward will be emailed or shipped to your address after your colleague’s first order is completed. Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery. Referral Rewards Program Rules & Regulations
Referrals must be submitted via our web site to qualify for the Referral Rewards Program. The referred business or account may not be owned or operated by any current customer. The referring customer may not be the decision-maker for the referred business. Referred organizations whose monthly bills are paid by the same party/lab as the referring customer are not eligible. Referred businesses that have placed orders with LifeTein during the 6 months immediately prior to referral are not eligible. The referred services must include peptide products, peptide services, or antibody services to produce rewards. The referring customer will receive the $25 gift card reward only if the referred organization becomes a LifeTein peptide or antibody service customer. The reward will be paid after the referred customer’s order is completed. The type of reward is at the discretion of LifeTein. LifeTein reserves the right to refuse payment, at its sole discretion, to any party that abuses this program. The referring organization must be a LifeTein customer at the time of referral, with an account in good standing.
